All Natural Pork

We have USDA processed,all natural pork .We feed all our pigs a mostly organic diet  and use NO growth hormones, GMOs or chemicals of any kind.We are raising heritage breed American Guinea Hogs which are fattier than regular pork but very tender and great flavor.

 We also have Berkshire/Duroc cross pork which is prized for it's excellent flavor. The meat has a slight marbling of fat which makes for an exceptional taste and tender, moist pork.                   This year we decided to start breeding Large Black pigs. All Natural Free Range Tukeys

 

This year we have all natural, free-range turkeys. We will have heritage breed Standard Bronze and White Hollands. The  White Hollands are threatened on the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy list and the Standard Bronze have just been moved from threatened to watch.They are both known for their excellent meat flavor. 

Turkeys are limited and will be available for Thanksgiving on a first come first served basis so order yours now. The price will be $4.25 per lb. at 15 - 20 lb. average.

 

 Orders for Turkeys will start on October 1 ,2014. There will be a $30.00 deposit required.
